[FIXED]Servitor Balance Life lvl 2 (Wynn Summoner Class)

Hello once again, with the current updates i have noticed that there's a small bug with the skill from Wynn Summoner - Servitor Balance Life lvl 2. (Balances you and your servitor's HP, and recovers 333 HP for 15 seconds)   

They should not stay as a BUFF /static Buff once casted and SHOULD LASTS only for 15 secs.
