delete your system folder and use installer.

if still u encounter issues, put this file into your system-en folder.

sorry but both of your ways didnt work! after i press ctrl+shift+esc to minimize the full screen then press the icon to return to the game the same thing happens! my friend who plays the game too doesnt counter this problem! anything else that might be wrong to my side?

another thing is that which icon should i press in order to access the game? the one that comes up to my screen with the rest of the programms or the updater?

turn off fraps or if u have windows 10 the recording part of it.  some software interferes...

any icon is fine, they are just shortcuts.
