Sayha Squall and Sayha's Fury Lightning trigger

This still dont work right.. even tho you have moved it to the fixed posts...

You still NEVER get storm sign stage 4 on the target if he hits you... you dont even get lvl 1-3..

u must get x dmg to trigger with a certain chance, works fine.

nono, the part that says 'brand storm sign stage 4' from sayha's fury still doesn't work.
