Tyrr Doombringer skill Blade Slasher

Skill : Blade Slasher

Info : Attacks enemies in front with 17959 Power added to P. Atk. If the target is stunned, attacks with
         53878 power. Can be used while a sword or blunt weapon is equipped. Consumes 1 Soulstone.

It dont adds more dmg when the target is stunnede...

Briefly tried Doombringer and damage on stunned mobs didn't increase when using this skill.
