you cannot recover an account if you do not know anything about it, except a character name. Imagine seeing a character name in game, and saying it is yours and asking for password pin and other info of it.

Find your account info where you saved it.

send in game mail to gm, u might play in different time zone, also u dont get banned first time u press wrong answer, but after many times, so u ve been useing automated actions. ;D
