Title: Clan Halls and how to check which clan owns them

Hi, i'm pretty new in leading a Clan, and i was looking for buying a Clan Hall for my Clan to begin with...
Every Gatekeeper told me that it's in for Auction but the Actioneer said no Clan Hall for Auction... How am i able to check which clan owns which Clan Hall ?
