The character Avyah uses a bug, arrives on LH and TVT in a party(Avyah+Arrka+Avyssa), buffs a full buff and kills players who are only under the event buff. Since when is it allowed on LH and TVT to arrive in a party and buff a full buff?

Depending on buffs, certain buffs are allowed, as in class buffs.

Forming a party before entering the event is not possible, but after it is. (this will be made impossible in the future )

To remediate this situation write a list of buffs or a screenshot, to disable them at this particular event to make it fairer towards all.

before the event makes a party and teleports to the event already in  party and buffs with 2 ISS. You do not need to disable the buff, need to break the party when teleporting to the event

Yes, I agree that when everything is teleported to events, the party will break up
