Dear GM, give punishment this player for misinformation!!!!!! How many times to explain INSTALLED PROTECTION AGAINST BOTS THEY DO NOT WORK HERE. Where is the proof that the bots were there? You can write anything you want. How long can slander? Administrator take action for slandering other characters.
Our anti-bot protects against bots;
A
bot is a complex software that makes a character behave as a real player. THis includes: complex pvp actions, complex farming, talking with players also and many more.
Bots are banned at login (try to log with any bot software on, and you will see you get banned at login , at first for only a day , and after forever depending on the software used)

clicker:Is a simple click and point macro, which comes with most mouses also. These are highly ineffective, can repeat only same actions (click on the screen part x, click on the screen part y ).
That is why clicker users are mostly useless in high end farm areas, they die, and simply lie afk after.
While clickers can be annoying, they cannot do much of anything.
A bot can do real harm (fight you in pvp, and more) , and that is why we pay monthly the best antibot protection there is.
Sadly the 2 terms were long ago misrepresented and misused and thus the big confusion it brings.
We already made many zones ineffective for clickers, and will further add and improve zones (and add new solo instances amongst other things) that reward people that think vs mindless farmers.
THat is why rewards for smart farming are increased, but still most people demand mindless farm which makes the balancing of the 2 very difficult.
To catch a clicker is fairly easy for a gm , but very hard for a player, because a normal user can be taken for a clicker.
Exemples: there were players that do not speak or answer private messages or any in game, mistakenly taken over and over for clickers thus resulting in these new players leaving the game because they are not left alone. Most cannot even play good, just use same 2 actions or even hold the soulshot button many times not knowing is automatic...
There were players that played for years and did not know how to use a private message.
There are russian speaking people, mostly they don t answer messages of any kind but they are at the pc just don t even bother answering to foreign alphabet (they use cyrilic)
There are people that box 2-3 windows while farming since many zones farming is mobs dying in few hits (which will be changed ) and do not follow much what is happening but they are at the pc.
AFK Farming is not allowed.
So while many of players intentions are noble in trying to stop players that indeed use clickers having a relative advantage of repetitive mindless farming over players that truly farm with their heads and hands, ultimately is not a big advantage if any.
The key word is mindless farm, which in time we will remove from everywhere, since now mindless farming/auto farming is added in official, we here have no reason to keep it, even if many new casuals would like it, it s just a waste of time.
For all the above time is needed for development.
In perspective to add a new zone inteligently and rewards to it would need at least 2 weeks, without testing included.
All suggestions are welcomed, through the years we tried everything, including anti-captcha (a window popping up at random times with a random question to be solved, which worked but causing issues also: many did not know what button to push, ok or cancel - true or false, or were surprised and failed to answer, or were afk in that moment at farm , go to bathroom etc, and were caught by surprise, and tons of other variables that can happen)...
Again, our conclusion was add high rewards for areas where clickers cannot be used and low ones for mindless farming. ( instances = high rewards, etc).
With new updates some classes got much stronger then predicted making such zones (kill with auto attack) possible, which defeated the above many times, which again, is in work, and needs player feedback. Also gear/items play a big role in the above.
As you can see from the above there are tons of variables, and the quickest answer is just report here on the forum, there is the topic to report such suspects and gm can check for few days at random time, banning the character that is afk farming, no matter the reason.
In time using such nonsense clicker will be totally useless here, having much better ways to earn wealth in game. (in work as we speak). These incude smart monsters, instances and new custom quests that are actually interesting, and also optimizing raids for non high end geared players. (already done for epics). and craft system back classic.
