Squall and Sayha's Fury Lightning trigger

Squall and Sayha's Fury Lightning trigger never... trigger.
Which result that you can't brand Storm sign lv4 from Sayha's Fury lightning (destru bolt), or reduce speed from squall one.

30026 1 Lightning Squall Attacks target with 50 Power added to M. Atk., and decreases Speed by 20.
30026 2 Lightning Squall Attacks target with 100 Power added to M. Atk., and decreases Speed by 20.
30026 3 Lightning Squall Attacks target with 150 Power added to M. Atk., and decreases Speed by 20.
30027 1 Destructive Bolt Attacks target with 300 Power added to M. Atk. and has a 10% chance of branding target with Storm Sign Stage 4.
I mean, seriously, the chance for those trigger are quite high... so I first thought that the animation/visual effect was bugged like wind blend/deceptive blink.
But I made the test of doing a train of mob, no damage was dealt other than my reflect.

I tested in pvp after that. They both trigger, but no visual effect as I thought. But, never once it gave Storm Sign lv4 or lightning squall debuff, and that was easy to see.
Sakimi has no jewel on purpose and under steel mind for those screen merged into one.

long enough screen, right? I have more than 10 times that of test in screen, didn't do video as the visual effect doesn't show.

So, they trigger (except in pve?) but no visual effect. That's because NCsoft broke that client, nothing you need to do about it, will be fixed on next client when we go to that.
But the debuff that never land (or trigger), that you can fix!

The fact that it doesn't trigger in PvE might be because you set that I need to receive a certain amount of damage for the trigger to be used (should be 100) but on my test, using pve set+10 I was being hit 300 dmg or so, on the video he is hitted twice that value.

recive damage is around 1k, not 100 that s why in pve u didnt see it trigger, u didnt get enough damage.

Sayhas? It is a good dd class that was forgotten and nerfed here...
and if you waste time arguing with the GM it will send you put WIT dyes in your character , tsc tsc.....

And that's based on what? because it should be 100. See the guy in the video receiving 600ish and lightning striking like madness like it should (that's Innova server btw).
Doesn't change that fact that I've never see Storm sign lv4 (or squall for that matter) appearing anytime on my PvP test, yes it's 10% chance, but that's should be enough to have it showing at least once during my test.

Ok, now it activate with the correct dmg threshold, but the 10% chance of branding target with Storm Sign Stage 4 from Sayha's Fury still doesn't work.
I know, you'll tell me it's only 10%, but doing the same train in Land Of Chaos as the video I posted (multiple times) and not a single time Storm Sign lv4 was seen, something is wrong on the code.
