which is the real effect? is  what it say in my weapon or in the decription of passive skills?

weapon says Awakening "Lv10 14% m critical damage 10% damage" and in the passive skills tree says "Awakening Lv4 5% M. critical damage and 2% damage". Is the description wrong and the bonus applied correctly Awakening Lv10 (14% + 10%) or is it really only applying the Awakening Lv4 (5% + 2%)?
