Title: enchantment effects to R-grade or higher set armor

You will have these changes as well?
and according to the official, I know that here and serves pvp.
I just wanted to know if it will be or not .....

CHA/LUC +1   Blue effects



+9   Heavy Armor
Light Armor
Robe   =
Damage Resistance +10%
Reflect Damage Resistance +10%

Heavy set bonus is displayed instead of +8 R-grade Light set bonus; +8 R-grade Robe set bonus description contains old effect: Magic Cancel Rate bonus from Hymn of Soul instead of a new bonus (Bow/Crossbow/Dagger/Dualdagger Resistance +10%)

10% pdef/ Luc/cha+1 is not added for +10 sets... only if you makes Armor Ultimate or Transcendent adds p Def/patk etc. so gm need to Add this too.
