New Brooch and Jewels

On the maintenance of June, 8th 2016, NCJapan introduced the new brooch and jewels.
The event end June 22 and the modality to obtain all of those is of no importance for us, so I'll skip that part.
First the brooches, the ones we know and the new 6 slots one!

Then comes the jewels, note that NCJapan didn't had the Topaz till now
New ones for us are the 2 first

And now, something wicked! When combining two lv5 jewels (on the time of the event, it's 100% chance to coumpond 2 lv5 jewels), you can get the Luxury jewel, with insane powa:

Buuuuut it's not all, with the luxury jewels come additional bonuses which are as follow:

You can notice a different behavior that the actual one.
You can evade it, damage is reduced somehow (maybe rule's belt that decrease damage by 9%).

And now we wait, when we get the client with those, I'll work on those if needed.

Will any 4, 5, or 6 slot brooch be obtainable without donation? As far as I know, only the 2 and 3 slot brooches are currently obtainable without Coin of Luck.

4 and 5 slots brooch are already available without donation on the server. I can't say for the new one.
You can see the 2 and 3 slots only in shop because to obtain the 4th and 5th slot one, you have to compound them like you do with jewels.
compound two 3 slots brooch to get the 4 slots one, and two 4 slots to get the 5 slots one, chance is about the same as getting an insanity talisman to get the 4 slots one. I do not now the chance to get a 5 slots one as I do not own nor can afford one.

BTW, I fked up the translation, they are called "Greater" and not "Luxury", but that doesn't change anything.

Transcendent being PvE, Ultimate is PvP.

Epics are Helios ones and existing ones with crafted effect.

omg  and what are those armor  lvls ? 3 and 6

so my  armor will not be top after update ?   i will need to make/buy new one ?

Damage of Topaz is reduced by Insanity-Talisman: Fixed Damage Resistance +10%, but Fixed Damage Resistance here doesn't work. 13275-10%=11947.5

Also Tyr's skill damage here is fixed as well, but i don't know if Fixed Damage Resistance work with Tyr's skills, but should. I think though Fixed Damage Resistance doesn't work at all HERE

Last: new craft effect on Necklace adds Fixed Damage Resistance +5%, but i wont spend silenite to test if that works. Thing is Fixed Damage Resistance should be revised.

Any "fixed damage resistance" doesn't work as on official here right now, new sets included.
