About Lineage 2 stats calculations:
-A multiplying value is always applied to base stats, not total amount of stat. Exemple: FUE gives 100% mdef, you have total 4k mdef, you will NOT have 8k mdef, but instead your base mdef multiplied by 100% and added to your final value.
-Added values (+x, +1000, etc) are fixed. *
