[Request]Mage guide (buffs and raid jewls)

Hello boyz and gals. Can anybody share their mage buff setup? and also which raid jewls are best for a mage?

Buff setup is pretty straight foward

Cov, counter critical, resist shock, prayer, mana gain, all iss buff except drum melody. You can either use chant revenge without daring sonata, or daring without chant revenge. Diference is you can reflect 20% damage, or have a little higher dps.
If want reflect, you need to invest on it with both pasive and active reflect, otherwise its not worth, so, better use daring for a little more dps (matak, since you cast will be capped anyway).

Jewel set top:
B antharas
Lindvior
B valakas
Soul Baium
And either Tauti (more defensive), Soul Queen Ant (higer crit damage)

All of them pdef augment, or 4 pdef 1 mdef.

Mid jewels:
Bless zaken
Istina ring common/wizard
Istina necklace common/wizard
Istina ring wizard
tauti/baium common

Allways use 1h +20 with sigil.

On the mid jewel setup, one can go with Octavis ring Wizard in addition to the Istina Ring Wizard, it gives less that Istina, but since you can't have twice the same ring, it's still valid.

Yes it is, and even cheaper than a tauti, however char may run with low cast spd under no full buff situation.

Tauti is a cheaper option than baium, and it gives far better bonuses than a octa wizard.

In any case, he ask for "best jewels", he get his answer.

Imo, if had to pick one, i prefer qa soul over tauti, 5% more resist wont make you survive enought to pull out more dps from a feoh than a qa would, even if m crit is at chance. Only way around that tauti may be worth, is if you have a yul as dual, cuz even for othell its still better the qa soul xD
