You can augment with Adenian Lifestones : Adenian Tattoos and Undewears available in game at the Underwear section of the shop (alt+b, shop)
THere are 3 different types of adenian lifestones: normal, Major or Superior.
Normal Adenian Lifestones can give you mostly stat boosting properties
Major Adenian Lifestones can give you mostly 1 or even 2 abilities at the same time, or 1 stat + 1 skill
Superior Adenian Lifestone can give mostly a superior stat boosting property or with a lower chance (below 10%) a special skill.
Adenian Tattoos and underwears can also be enchanted with enchant scrolls (R grade).

Underwear and Tattoo Augment Skills (Passive & Active)
The chance of acquiring a special skill when augmenting your underwear or tattoos are three times greater than normal augmenting. Please note that similar weapon active skill augments will not stack with the augment skills listed below. Elemental Shirt skills share the same cooldown time with several skills as well.
Underwear and Tattoo Skills - major adenian life stones or normal adenian lifestones Adenia's Vampiric Rage Lv1 When equipped, has a chance of restoring 3% of damage inflicted on enemy as HP. Does not stack with Iss Buffs.
Adenia's Vampiric Rage Lv2 When equipped, has a chance of restoring 5% of damage inflicted on enemy as HP. Does not stack with Iss Buffs.
Adenia's Vampiric Rage Lv3 When used, has a chance of restoring 4% of damage inflicted on enemy as HP for 30 min. Does not stack with Iss Buffs.
Adenia's Vampiric Rage Lv4
When used, has a high chance of restoring 6% of damage inflicted on enemy as HP for 60 min. Does not stack with Iss Buffs.
Adenia's Damage Reflect Lv1 When equipped, reflects 3% of received damage onto enemy.
Adenia's Damage Reflect Lv2 When equipped, reflects 5% of received damage onto enemy.
Adenia's Damage Reflect Lv3 When used, reflects 7% of received damage onto enemy for 5 min.
Adenia's Damage Reflect Lv4 When used, reflects 15% of received damage onto enemy for 5 min.
Adenia's Duel Might Lv 1 When hit, P. Atk. increases during PvP for some time.

Adenia's Return When used, teleports to the village.
