Ok, time to learn about debuffs:
There are many debuff types: mental/stun/debuff/paralyze/poison, all at .whoami you can see what attack/resists you have for a certain debuff. debuff influences also all debuff land rates.
Let s take aqua crash, aqua crash land rate depends on mental resist of enemy MAINLY ( wit/lvl/men also plays a role in land rate but that s a different story).
If you have 100/100 mental and your enemy has 100/100 mental, and u are same level then the land rate will be the one from the skill 100%, if ur enemy has more mental resist then your mental attack for ex, u have 100 mental attack but ur enemy has 90, the land rate will decrease by x%. Also for magic attacks men = resist, wit = chance to land a debuff generally and DEBUFF influences all debuffs at the same type on top of all .
same goes for all skills for ex shadow chase = stun, pull, etc.
Ultimate suspension for ex depends on debuff attack/resist, lvl and so on. so since it s a lvl 85 skill, the multiplier will be half 0.5 for lvl land rate, if u have same resist/attack as ur enemy, nulifying it, u ll probably be around 50% land rate or below (in real life i was at 25-35% ) / this is very generally speaking.
Time to invest in debuffs against certain class, and for classes that want to land debuff invest in wit, since all types of debuffs land rate depend on wit and men on resist.
I ll try to make a better guide when i have time.
magical debuffs factor in wit/men also, physical debuffs like stun on con also but can be other stat also factored.
exemple.
test 1: 50 stun attack vs 16 stun rezist, lvl 101 yul vs lvl 106 tyrr, higher con tyrr, using impact shot chance set to 50% for testing purposes, result chance 44.4 % land rate . disregarding debuff proefficiency/resist also.

test 2: 10 stun attack vs 56 stun resist, lvl 101 yul vs lvl 106 tyrr, higher con tyrr, using impact shot chance set to 50% for testing purposes, result chance 27.9% land rate
