GRAND OLYMPIAD PROCESS

Terms of Enrollment for Grand Olympiad

Here's the list of requirements to enroll for Grand Olympiad:

- Main Class
- Level 85+
- Complete 4st class transfer (Awakening)
- Noblesse

Enrollment for Grand Olympiad

You can enroll at Grand Olympiad Manager’s in any township from 8.00 p.m. till 11.40 p.m.

All the battles are one-to-one — class competitions and non-class competitions. Class competitions are help for the those who belong to the same class.

Grand Olympiad - The Process

Grand Olympiad is held from 8.00 p.m. till 12.00 p.m. (for 4 hours) on Fridays and Saturdays.

Grand Olympiad cycle lasts for 1 calendar month. During that month players can win the title of Hero which will be effective for a month after the Grand Olympiad is over.

Battle Type | Required Amount of Players

- 1 to 1, non-class | 20 characters
- 1 to 1, class | 10 characters

You can participate in 30 battles per week in total.

A battle takes 10 minutes. The system chooses opponents with the same level of points. If you’ve registered for a battle, you’ll get a warning message 2 minutes before it starts. After 2 minutes the opponents are teleported to one of four possible stadiums (random).

After registration, your character won't be teleported to the Stadium and will get a penalty of 1/5 points (but no more than 10 points) in the following cases:

- The character is in the second (dual) class state or switched to that class.
- The character has 20% or less free slots available or weight penalty is more than 80%.
- The character is being teleported.
- The character is fishing.
- The character is dead
- The character initiated a log out or choosing a character screen.
- The character obtained a Cursed Weapon.

After registration, your character will be teleported from the Stadium and will get a penalty of 1/5 points (but no more than 10 points) in the following cases:

- The character initiated a log out or choosing a character screen

When the opponents are teleported to the stadium, they have 1 minute to cast buffs and prepare for the battle.

You can choose from 5 buffs (level 1) available; the buffs are equal to Iss Enchanter’s buffs:

- Olympiad - Drum Melody
- Olympiad - Guitar Melody
- Olympiad - Harp Melody
- Olympiad - Horn Melody
- Olympiad - Lute Melody
- Olympiad - Pipe Organ Melody

One of the chosen skills is effective:

- Olympiad - Knight's Harmony
- Olympiad - Warrior's Harmony
- Olympiad - Wizard's Harmony

When a character is teleported to arena:

- HP, MP, and CP are fully restored for a character teleported to arena.
- Characters keep their summoned cubics and servitors when teleported to arena. However, all the buffs cast on servitors are cancelled. All the summoned pets are unsummoned.
- The timer for second usage of the skills (which could be used in less than 15 minutes) is reset.
- Any battle lasts for 6 minutes (it stops when one of the characters is dead). If by the end of the battle both opponents are alive, the winner is the character which has inflicted more damage during the battle. If during the battle one of the opponents leaves the game, the second opponent wins. If during the battle the server is reset, the battle is cancelled, the participants will not lose any points, the battle will not be counted.

The chat is unavailable to the participants; they can't get private messages.

Reward for the Battle

The reward consists of the points and Olympiad Tokens. The points go from the loser to the winner. The more points a character has, the more points they can lose. The tokens are given for any types of competitions; the winner gets 12 tokens; the loser gets 7 tokens.

Rewards for the Grand Olympiad

There are 2 main rewards for Grand Olympiad: Hero status for a month and Marks of Battle. Marks of Battle can be obtained in exchange for points. The points are awarded for each victory (once the battle is over) and for character’s place in total ranking (when the whole Olympic cycle is over). To get a reward, your character needs to participate in at least 10 battles during the cycle (1 victory is mandatory).

Olympiad Points

Each character who’s got a Noblesse status starts gaining Olympiad points.

At first enrollment for Grand Olympiad it receives 10 points. Then it gets 10 points each seventh day of a month.

In each battle, a character either receives points or loses them, depending on the result. The points go from the loser to the winner, the amount of points depends on how many points the opponents have at the moment, but not less than 1 and not more than 10.

1/5 of the minimal amount of points for both is transferred (rounded up) but not more than 10 points.

Marks of Battle

The marks are given for any types of competitions; the winner gets 12 marks; the loser gets 7 marks.

The character who's got the Hero status, gets additional 30 points (Mark of Battle — 600 pcs.), Hero's Cloak and an option to use Hero Weapons.

The characters who got the second and the third place may get a Glorious Cloak.

The bonus of 10 points is given to every player for 10 battles and 1 victory (Mark of Battle — 200 pcs.).

When Grand Olympiad is over, each participant gets a place in total ranking depending on how many points they have. All the participants are divided into categories

- Hero: 30+60+10=100 points (Mark of Battle — 2000 pcs.)
- Top 1%: 60+10=70 points (Mark of Battle — 1400 pcs.)
- Top 10%: 50+10=60 points (Mark of Battle — 1200 pcs.)
- Top 25%: 45+10=55 points (Mark of Battle — 1100 pcs.)
- Top 50%: 40+10=50 points (Mark of Battle — 1000 pcs.)
- Below 50%: 30+10 points =40 points (Mark of Battle — 800 pcs.)

Woyld ve nice to see whole list of items that can and cannot be used inside olympiad, because some items dont say on it, and when ported in it takes off, some of the items arent taken off auto(but if do it manually cant put it back on - so its unclear it works or not when equiped)

it is written in game on items, if we missed one let us know.

Some items are not disabled, but their active skills are.

The logic is keeping olympiad clean of skills other then that of each classes` skill
