Lets say you are trying to add SA on amarantine weapon (cause on Dragon Weapon and Shadow weapon u cannot!)
You need to go to Arcan City to Blacksmith of Mammon and choose the SA effect you want in exchange of some items. (crystals R99 grade and Gemstones R grade)
Talk with that dworf fella:
-> R grade
-> Bestow special capability on R-Grade weapon
now, instead of other servers where u can add 2 SA at the same time, here u can add 1 SA at time.
so before u do sh1ts, better google the type of weapon u want to add SA onto.

http://l2wiki.com/Amaranthine_Retributer if u want to add Acumen + Empower u have to chose first Acument and then repeat the dialogue to add Empower next. If u chose Empower first u are not gona be able to add Acumen after as instead u gona be linked to SA option Empower + MP regen.
