      I think that the 50% possibility of epic drop is fine ,lowering to 15% would make all raids not worth their time. A good suggestion would be to remove atlas as a drop from such epic raids like the dragons, kartia is the place for such a low epic to drop as it is, replacing it with more angel drops, and the most important notion - Remove the 200k limit on the damage dealt - what is the point in upgrading our equipment if we cannot make use of it against the hardest enemies of the game  like the raid bosses.

It's not clear where you're getting your information from. Here is from the official server
 Tanzanite and Greater Tanzanite (Lv. 1-5):
— when equipped the skill cooldown: 3 min. → 30 sec.;
— after use the skill cooldown: 3 min. → 30 sec.;

   When a charakter dies anywhere in Lineage 2 he respawns in a peace zone. Tanzanite cooldown is fine by me..though to my tests I concluded that no skill cooldown reductions affect it. It remains 30secs, maybe thats the mechanics of jewelry skills cd in general.
