Blessing of Saha can be cast outside party as before (Based on NA servers not Eu untill new ISS update is added)
Blessed Escape from Augment will not be available anymore, and all augments will all have a cast time to avoid fleeing.

Upgrading Ancient Cloaks to Legendary can be done at Dimensional Merchant, enchantment and augmenting is kept at upgrade

Legendary Cloaks can be directly purchased at Epics Shop
Enchant Cloaks for ancient and legendary cloaks can be bought at the Scrolls Shop
Normal Brooch augmentation stones price reduced
Rare brooch augmentation stone price reduced
Ruler's Belt can be upgraded to Enhanced Ruler's Belt at Rafforty
Enchant Chance Slightly increased for above 10 enchant on Legendary Cloaks.
