I was very, very high for most of closed beta thru about C6 so that could very well be, my memory is a little fuzzy. if i remember right, there was only one chron that had the CP bar as that tiny yellow line. it was the chron where CP was introduced and the following chron they made it the fatter one. and it was either one (or two?) chrons prior to when they made you flag for attacking a war target. i thought they were back to back changes but there easily could have been a chron in between.
